Rental agreement & liability waiver

Last updated October 2026. This agreement is between NFinite Wellness Sauna ("NFinite", "we") and the person renting the sauna ("Renter", "you").

Part 1: Rental agreement

1. The equipment

You are renting one mobile wood-fired barrel sauna on a trailer, plus the accessories listed on your booking (for example the sauna bucket and ladle, hats, flip-flops, essential oils, thermometer and hygrometer, and any add-ons such as the cold plunge and portable shower or a firewood bundle). Together these are the "Equipment."

2. Booking, deposit and payment

• Your date is held once we confirm it with you and receive the $200 refundable security deposit.
• The rental fee is due before drop-off unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• The deposit is returned after pickup once the Equipment is inspected. We may keep part or all of it to cover damage, missing items, extra cleaning, or extra time described below. If those costs are more than the deposit, you agree to pay the difference.

3. Cancellations and weather

• Cancel at least 7 days before your rental date for a full refund.
• Inside 7 days, payments are not refunded unless we are able to rebook your dates.
• If we must cancel for safety, severe weather, or equipment problems, you get a full refund or a new date. Our responsibility is limited to that refund.

4. Delivery, placement and pickup

• Delivery is free within 10 miles of Perrysburg, OH. Farther locations may have a delivery fee, quoted before you book.
• Drop-off is usually between 2 and 8 PM and pickup between 9 AM and noon, unless we agree on other times.
• You must provide a level, firm spot our truck and trailer can reach, with clearance from overhanging branches, buildings and anything flammable around the chimney. You confirm you have permission to place the sauna there (property owner, HOA, park or venue).
• Only NFinite may move, hitch, unhitch or tow the trailer.
• Someone 18 or older must be present at drop-off for the safety walkthrough, and must make the Equipment accessible at pickup time.

5. Safe use rules

• An adult Renter (18+) is responsible for everyone who uses the sauna and must be on site whenever it is in use or the fire is burning.
• No children under 12 in the sauna. Children 12–17 only with a parent or guardian present.
• No alcohol or drugs before or during sauna or cold plunge use. No glass inside the sauna.
• No more than 6 people in the sauna at one time.
• Follow the sauna safety and user guide, including session lengths, hydration and cool-down.
• Never leave a burning fire unattended. Let the fire burn down completely before everyone leaves the area or goes to bed.
• Burn only dry, untreated firewood no longer than 13 inches and no wider than 5 inches. Never burn treated, painted or pallet wood, trash, or use accelerants (lighter fluid, gasoline).
• Do not modify, cover, or block the stove, chimney, or vents. Keep the door unlocked from the outside and never prop anything against it.
• Pour only clean water on the stones, a little at a time. No oils or scents directly on the stove; use the provided essential oils in water as shown.
• No smoking or vaping inside the sauna.
• Stop using the sauna and call us right away at (419) 575-8211 if anything seems wrong (smoke inside, damaged chimney, sparks, cracked stones).

6. Your responsibility for the Equipment

• From drop-off until pickup, you are responsible for the Equipment and for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
• Please return it in the condition you received it: ash left in the stove is fine; trash, food, spills, or heavy dirt may be charged as extra cleaning.
• If the Equipment is not ready at the agreed pickup time, extra time may be charged at our hourly rate.

Part 2: Health acknowledgment, assumption of risk and release

7. Health acknowledgment

Sauna and cold-water use put real stress on the body. I confirm that I and every person using the Equipment through my rental:

• are in good health and will consult a doctor first if we have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, a respiratory condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects heart rate or blood pressure, or have any other medical condition;
• will stop immediately if we feel dizzy, faint, nauseous, short of breath, or unwell;
• understand that NFinite does not give medical advice and that health information on its website is general education only.

8. Assumption of risk

I understand that using a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge involves risks, including burns from hot surfaces, stones, steam or fire; heat illness; fainting; dehydration; slips and falls on wet surfaces and steps; cold shock; smoke or carbon monoxide exposure if the stove is misused; and injury from the trailer, ramp, or firewood. I voluntarily accept these risks for myself and for everyone who uses the Equipment through my rental.

9. Release and indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, I release NFinite Wellness Sauna and its owners, employees and agents from claims for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from the rental or use of the Equipment, except for claims caused by NFinite's gross negligence or willful misconduct. I agree to indemnify NFinite for claims made by my guests or others arising from my rental, and for damage to the Equipment while it is in my care.

10. General

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• This agreement, plus your written booking confirmation (date, location, rental length, add-ons and price), is the whole agreement. Changes must be in writing (text or email is fine).
