Sauna rental for events, parties & teams
Your guests will be talking about this one. We deliver a six-person, wood-fired sauna, with an optional cold plunge, to backyards, gyms, venues and race finish lines across Northwest Ohio.
Run clubs & races
Nothing beats sauna heat after a cold morning run. We brought the sauna out to Run with Christ Toledo in Maumee, and the post-run rounds were a hit.
Gyms, CrossFit & teams
Host a recovery day for members or athletes. Hot-cold rounds with the cold plunge make it a real contrast-therapy session.
Birthdays & backyard parties
Turn a regular hangout into an experience. Sauna rounds, cold plunge dares and a fire going all night.
Bachelor & bachelorette
A spa-day feel without leaving the rental house. Pair it with a 48 or 72-hour rental for the whole weekend.
Weddings & family weekends
A wind-down spot for the wedding party the day before, or a cozy ritual when the whole family is in town.
Corporate wellness
Give your team something better than another pizza lunch. A sauna and cold plunge day at the office or a company retreat.
How event rentals work
- Capacity: 6 at a time. Guests rotate in 15–20 minute rounds, so a group of 20–30 can cycle through comfortably over an afternoon.
- Timing: Plan for about 45 minutes of heat-up before your first round. We can deliver early so it’s hot when guests arrive.
- Add the cold plunge: Hot-cold rounds are the main event for most groups ($50, included with hourly sessions).
- Venue OK: Parks, venues and gyms may need permission for a trailer and a wood fire. Check with them early, and we’re happy to talk to them for you.
- Hourly or full day: Hourly sessions work for a single gathering. A 24 to 72-hour rental covers a full event or weekend.
Event sauna FAQ
Can you bring the sauna to a park, gym or venue?
Usually, yes. We need a level spot a truck and trailer can reach. The venue or park also has to allow a wood-fired stove. Check with your venue first, and if it helps, we can answer their questions directly.
How many guests can use the sauna at an event?
Six people fit at once. With 15–20 minute rounds, a steady rotation lets roughly 18–24 people go through per hour, depending on how long each group stays in.
Do you stay during the event?
Let us know what you need when you book. We’ll talk through setup, fire-tending and safety for your group size.
Can alcohol be served at a sauna party?
Please keep alcohol out of the sauna. Drinking and sauna heat together raise the risk of dehydration, fainting and heart-rhythm problems. Water and electrolytes are the way to go between rounds.
