What is your policy on cancellations?

At NFinite Wellness Saunas, we recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so we offer a 7-day cancellation policy: if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask for at least 7 days' notice to qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 7 days of your rental date, no refund will be given unless we can successfully rebook the rental period.

To rent a sauna from NFinite Wellness, you will need to complete a rental agreement, sign a waiver, and acknowledge the user manual.
